Papers will be subject to a thorough, full paper review similar to the review process used for SPS journals and transactions.

Accepted papers will be published in the August issue of the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing.  Submission procedures of the IEEE Journal on Selected Topics in Signal Processing (J-STSP) should be followed by submitting authors for IEEE-THEMES 2010.

In addition to the submission procedures of J-STSP IEEE-THEMES authors must prepare a presentation and submit a “Consent and Release” form.

The goal of signal processing society for IEEE-THEMES is a highly selective, high-impact technical meeting .  The quality of the presentations is critical to properly represent the quality of the accepted papers.  The presenter(s) of each paper must be identified upon submission.  The presenter should be the most experienced author of the paper.  While students may be the first author of a paper submitted, the presentations must be made by their advisor unless all the authors are students.

Accepted papers that are not presented at IEEE-THEMES 2010 will not be published in J-STSP and IEEEXplore®.
